Being a multi-preneur, I have various businesses that I generate leads for on a daily basis. I have a method of operation that I use every day to generate leads and reach out to people.

If you want to use social media to generate leads, I want to share with you some of the strategies I’ve implemented over several years to make sure you are generating leads every day.

Effective Ways to Generate Leads on Social Media:

1) Videos

Videos are the number one strategy that I’ve used to generate leads through social media. I want you to implement this immediately. Put together a daily video with education based content, and you will reach people. The way I’ve generated the most leads is by providing value. Use your videos to provide value to your social media audience.

2) Create Conversation

Wish people a happy birthday and reach out. This is a great way to start a conversation. You never know who may respond, and which connections will develop into work conversations.

3) Connect with 5-10 People per Day

In addition to wishing people a Happy Birthday and making videos, I try to connect with 5-10 people a day, or, if you are very busy, you can at least reach out to one or two. Facebook messenger will let you know who is actively online at the moment, so you can start a conversation and connect with someone easily.

4) Live Video

Live video is a great tool for connecting with people and generating leads. Both Facebook and Periscope have implemented this feature, and my wife and I have generated a huge number of leads through six months on Periscope. This has been epic for our business, and can change yours, too!

5) Facebook Groups

The last daily lead generator I want to share are Facebook Groups. Groups are a great way to connect with people who share a common interest, so if you’re looking to build leads then engage entrepreunerial Facebook groups. Don’t go in there to spam and pitch. Share value and achievements, so that you can create connections. Some of the best people I’ve brought into my business, I’ve met through private Facebook groups or on fan pages. Choose three to five groups you want to join, or pages you want to engage, and keep up with them.

If you follow these five tips, you’ll be generating leads on a daily basis, and connecting with people who will help you build your business.
